Reachgood Industrial Company, Inc., announces name change to Reach Global Industries, Inc. (RGi Inc.)

After months of preparation, we have established a new manufacturing and packaging location in our Irvine, CA USA location.

This facility is currently Good Manufacture Practice (cGMP) certified and regulated by California's Department of Health Services, Food and Drug Branch. Recently FDA audit is also completed. This facility allows us to manufacture and distribute high quality healthcare products under strict quality system regulated by FDA and FDB. This further enhances our ability to provide our customers higher added value manufacturing services.

Beginning this date, we are proud to announce our new name that more accurately reflects who we are.
RGi Inc. has developed its scope of operations to include an expanded product line, manufacturing capability, and distribution.
We are now able to address multiple international markets on both a cost efficient and time efficient manner.
The benefit for our customers is cost effective manufacturing and access to our global distribution channels.

RGi builds new manufacturing facilities in Asia

RGi Inc. has launched two new manufacturing facilities in China.
With enhanced logistical support to U.S. and Europe, the benefits of these operations will be seen by our customers in the 4th quarter 2001. Product time to market will be significantly reduced.
